The color, as well as the style of the letters of the new CI, has a particular meaning. It represents our identification with the "Daewoo Electronics", where DE's environmentally friendly and state-of-the-art technologies are designed to touch every aspect of our lives. In addition, the letters "DE" are represented in the color red. The symbolism of the color red dates to back to antiquity, when various ancient cultures around the world considered red to be the most important color in nature, and attributed life-giving powers to naturally occurring red ochre. Thus, the color red symbolizes the Company's commitment to "creation" and "innovation", while the letters "D" and "E" are written in modern stylish way represented the Company's emphasis and focus on the future.
