Daewoo Electronics Corp. ("DEC" or "the Company") is the third largest Korean consumer electronics company. It manufactures and sells a variety of products including refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, vacuums in over 105 countries. Approximately [80%] of revenues are from overseas sales. DEC sells its products using its 'Daewoo Electronics' name brand and through OEM contracts with major brown goods and white goods companies.
